Google Fit Activity Viewer

Explore and visualize your Google Fit activity data with interactive maps and detailed metrics. This tool works entirely in your browser - your data is never sent to our servers.

How to get your data:

1. Visit myaccount.google.com and sign in
2. Go to Data & Privacy
3. Find Download or delete your data
4. Select Download your data
5. Choose Google Fit (deselect all others for faster download)
6. Complete the export and download when ready
7. Unzip the downloaded file and locate the Fit folder

Using this tool:

Drag the entire Fit folder onto the dropzone below. The tool will automatically process your activities and display them in an interactive table. Click any activity to view detailed metrics and GPS tracks (when available).

Note: Some activities may not display correctly due to incomplete or corrupted data in the original recordings.
